摘要
用乙酸和正丁醇为原料,以不溶性杂多酸稀土盐为催化剂合成了乙酸丁酯。当催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3% , 反应温度为 110℃左右, 反应物料乙酸与正丁醇的摩尔比为 120∶1 时, 其酯化反应只需 15~25 h, 乙酸转化率可达 90% 。
Catalyzed by insoluble rare earth salts of heteropoly acid,butyl acetate have been synthesized from butanol and acetic acid. When the catalyst quantity is 3% of total reaction mass,the mole ratio of acetic acid and butanol is 1 20∶1 and the temperature is approximately 110℃,the reaction time of esterification is only 1 5~2 5h, the conversion proportion may reach 90%.
