摘要
任何投资活动都具有一定的风险，投资的风险程度不同，风险补偿率就有差别．为了确定不同投资风险程度下风险补偿率的大小，提出了项目投资风险补偿率的计算与分析模型，通过计算不同风险程度下的补偿率，确定出调整后的利润率，并根据项目的基本估价模型。
There is always certain risk in every investment. The risk compensation rate varies with different investment risk degrees. In order to determine different risk compensation rates under different investment risk conditions, we have put forward a model for the calculation and anlysis of the investment risk compensation rates, by means of which the profit rates after adjustment are determined. Thus whether the project investment is made will be determined by the project's basic evaluation model.\=
