摘要
现代战争中夺取信息优势直接关系到战争的胜负,光电信息作为众多信息种类的一种,敌我双方的争夺日趋激烈。分析了海战场上广泛存在的光电探测和光电制导威胁,以及光电制导武器已成为重要作战手段的现状,从而明确提出了光电对抗系统的地位和作用。另外,根据光电对抗系统所具有的对抗光电威胁的手段和能力,指出了舰载光电对抗系统将成为现代海战场光电信息对抗的有效手段,以及建立舰载光电对抗系统的必要性和紧迫性。
Holding a dominant position of information in modern warfare has a direct relationship with the outcome of the war.As one kind of information source,electro-optical（EO） information is increasingly become the hot spot for opposing sides to strive for.In this papert,he EO detection technique and EO guide weapon threats in application to the marine warfare are analyzedt,he present status of EO guidance weapon is presenteda,nd the position and application of EO countermeasure is proposed.In view of the capability of EO countermeasure against EO threatsi,s it pointed out that it is necessary and urgent to develop shipborne EO countermeasure system for marine warfare.
