摘要
国内外区域文献资源共建共享呈现出多样化模式，对其进行分析研究，得出河南省文献资源共建共享建设中对共建共享的认识是首要，政府的决策和支持是保证，共建共享模式的选择是关键，完善的运行机制是保障，操作性强的评估体系是共建共享可持续发展的推动力。
Diversified regional literature resources joint construction and sharing models exist both in China and abroad. Through the analysis and study of them, this paper concludes that understanding joint construction and sharing is essential. The guarantee comes from the government policy and support. The key lies on the selection of joint construction and sharing model. The safeguard is an excellent operating mechanism. And finally, a highly operational evaluation system is the driving force for sustainable development of literature resources joint construction and sharing in Henan province.
