摘要
针对某气田注水采气过程中,震旦系和二迭系两种地层水单输、混输产生 Ca C O3 、 Mg C O3 、 Ba C O3 垢,特别是混输中产生 Ba S O4 垢的现状,模拟地层水,对9 种油田常用防垢剂和2 种自制防垢剂进行了评价。从中筛选出对两种地层水单输和混输均有较好效果的3 种防垢剂 W S- 213 A、 H E D P和 A T M P;再用正交试验法对3 种防垢剂的防垢试验条件进行优化,得出同时满足两种地层水单输和混输防垢的较优实验条件。即防垢剂选用 W S- 213 A,浓度30m g/l, P H= 8 .0 。在此实验条件下,对两种地层水单输防垢率可达90 % ,混输防垢率可达75 % 。
The tendency of causing scales of single-injection water or mixed-injection water in a certain gas field of China was predicted. Evidently, the CaCO 3, MgCO 3 and BaCO 3 scale could be produced in single-injection water system, and BaSO 4 scale in mixed-injection water system. Simulating formation water, nine kinds of regular scale inhibitors in oilfield and two self-developed ones were evaluated and screened WS-213A, HEDP AND ATMP inhibitors with good inhibiting effect. By orthomutual experiments, WS-213A and it optimum conditions of antiscale (pH=8.0,concentration=30mg/l) were chosen. The results of comparision showed that WS-213A has high antiscale efficiency for CaCO 3, MgCO 3, BaCO 3 scales (antiscale rate orer 90%), especially it could restrain BaSO 4 scale(antiscale rate over 75%).
