摘要
文章讨论了机床数控系统电磁兼容抗干扰设计的方法。通过抑制电源线和信号线上的脉冲干扰,有效地屏蔽了模拟信号和数字信号的干扰途径。此外,采用隔离变压器供电对瞬变脉冲串和雷击浪涌干扰能起到很好的抑制作用。
The interference suppression in electromagnetic compatibility of machine tool numerical control system has been discussed in this paper. By suppressing the disturbance pulse on the power line and the signal line, the way of interference of analog signal and digital signal has been effectively shielded. Moreover, the disturbance of the transient pulse cluster and the lightning surge has been excellently inhibited by using the isolation transformer power .
