2010年,中国成品油（汽油、煤油、柴油）表观消费量达到2.46亿吨,同比增长11.8,高于过去10年8的年均增长率。分品种看,汽油消费量为7118万吨,同比增长7.4;柴油消费量为15729万吨,同比增长13,为近5年最高增速;煤油消费大幅增长17。国内成品油市场供需宽平衡,地方炼厂竞争力继续增强,成品油产量显著增加。2011年中国经济仍将保持平稳较快增长,增速略有放缓。预计全年成品油表观消费量将达到2.64亿吨,同比增长7.5。其中,汽油消费增长9.3,柴油消费增长6.6,煤油需求增长8.7。全年替代燃料替代汽柴油量将达到930万~940万吨,较上年增加近200万吨。国内一次加工能力将新增约4000万吨/年,达到6.6亿吨/年,成品油产量达到2.63亿吨,市场将略呈供需紧平衡状态。
In 2010 consumption of domestic refined oil (gasoline, kerosene, diesel) reached 246 million tons, for an annual increase of 11.8%, higher than the annual average of 8% for the past decade. By category, gasoline consumption was 71.18 million tons, for an increase of 7.4%; kerosene consumption was 157.29 million tons, for an increase of 13% which was the highest growth rate in the past 5 years; diesel consumption had a big increase, of 17%. With a stable balance of supply and demand in the domestic oil market, the competitiveness of local refineries steadily improved, while their production of refined oil significantly increased. In 2011 China’s economy will maintain steady and rapid growth, but at a slightly slower rate. Estimated annual consumption of refined oil products in the domestic market will reach 264 million tons, for an increase of 7.5%, of which 9.3% is the increase in gasoline consumption, 6.6% in kerosene consumption, and 8.7% in diesel consumption. Alternative fuels will replace 9.3-9.4 million tons of gasoline and diesel consumption, 2 million tons higher than in 2010. 40 million tons/year will be added to domestic primary processing capacity, reaching 660 million tons/year. Refined oil production will reach 263 million tons, and there will be a slightly tight balance between supply and demand.
