摘要
通过化学成份分析、电化学性能测试及电化学阻抗谱对铝合金牺牲阳极不溶解原因进行分析,结果表明,Cu、Fe、Si含量过高导致牺牲阳极不溶解、电化学性能差。电化学阻抗谱研究表明牺牲阳极在加速试验过程中,经过初期活化后表面迅速钝化,阻止了进一步溶解。
Chemical composition analysis and electrochemical property test and Electrochemical impendence spectroscopy were applied to analysis the failure of aluminum anode,result shows that excessive contents of Cu、Fe、Si lead to insoluble of anode and degrade electrochemical property.EIS results showed surface passivation occurred during impressed current accelerate test,and further dissolution was prevented.
