内光外波纹双壁聚氯乙烯管的应用研究 被引量:1

A Practical Study on Corrugated Polychloroethylene Pipes with Smooth Inner Wall Surface

摘要 研究生产质优价廉,施工方便的管材,对低压管道输水灌溉的发展极为重要。本文所研制的内光外波纹双壁聚氯乙烯管结构合理,物理力学性能良好。经多项性能试验,结果表明,过水能力与普通光滑硬塑料管基本一致;爆破压力达1.3~1.5MPa;扁平刚度0.36MPa,与国标管相近,约为薄壁管的4倍,在填土的外荷载作用下,其径向变形率为1.2%。双壁波纹管较国标管每米节省原材料52%,单价降低35%左右;较薄壁管每米也可节约原材料7.4~16.7%,是一种较理想的低压管道输水灌溉新型管材。 Development and production of high quality, cheap, and easily constructed pipe material is very important to the development of low-pressure conduit system of irrigation.The corrugated polychloroethylene pipe with smooth inner wall surface described in this paper appears good physio-mechanic characteristics. Its water transmissibility is the same as that of ordinary smooth-surfaced hard plastic onesj its explosive pressure reaches 1.3-1.5MPa and its flat rigidity 0.36 MPa,nearthat of national-standard pipes and is four times that of thin-walled ones.Under the load of covered earth, its diametral deformability is 1.2%. Each metre of this double-surfaced corrugated pipe can save 52% of material comparing with that of national standard pipes,and is about 65% of its cost.It can save 7.4-16.7% of material comparing with that of thin-walled * pipes.It is an ideal pipe material for low-pressure conduit system of irrigation.
