摘要
选择健康、繁殖和营养状况良好的皮埃蒙特供体母牛和同样条件的南阳受体黄牛，通过同期发情、超数排卵、胚胎移植等技术处理，观测皮埃蒙特牛在发展南阳肉牛方面的实际应用效果。试验结果：冷冻胚胎移植黄牛妊娠率为 ３２．５％ ；超排处理皮埃蒙特肉牛 ３ 头，获胚 ２０ 枚，可用胚１０ 枚，全部用于鲜胚移植，妊娠率为 ６０％ ，同期发情处理受体黄牛４１ 头，发情率为 ８０．４９％ ，７２ 小时发情率为８７．８８％ 。
Healthy,well-productioned and nutritioned piemonte are chosen as giving cows and the equal Nanyang cattle recepting cows.After such technoligical treatments as synchronous oestrus,superovulation and embryonic implantion,the application effect of piemonte in developing Nanyang cattle is observed in the test.The results show that the pregnancy rate of frozen embryo transfered cows is 32.5%,20 embryos are obtained from 3 Piemontese dealt with superovulation,of which 10 are used in implantation with pregnancy rate 60%,41 recepting cows dealt with syncnronous oestrus have heat rate of 80.49%,the 72h heat rate 87.88
