静注新型声学造影剂三维重建肿瘤血管的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价经静脉注射新型声学造影剂FX530后重建肿瘤血管三维图像的效果。方法先制作兔肝脏和肌肉VX2肿瘤模型,重建经静脉注射新型声学造影剂FX530前后三维VX2肿瘤血管及周围血管图像。结果造影后三维超声显示肿瘤血管有明显增强,数目明显增多,可观察肿瘤形态及肿瘤内网状的细小血管。结论静注新型声学造影剂后三维超声可更好地观察肿瘤血管。 Objective\ To evaluate the efficacy of three dimensional ultrasonographic reconstruction of tumor vessels after intravenous injection of a new generation of ultrasonographic contrast agent FX530. Methods\ The animal models of transplanted VX 2 tumors in the livers and muscles of rabbits were prepared. After intravenous administration of FX530, the vessels in the tumors and surrounded tissues were reconstructed by three dimensional ultrasonography.Results\ After injection, the tumor vessels were well enhanced, the numbers were increased obviously, and the contour of the tumors and netlike small vessels in the tumors were demonstrated by three dimensional ultrasonography. Conclusions\ Three dimensional ultrasonographic reconstruction could improve the visualization of tumor vessels.
