摘要
目的比较彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）和彩色多普勒能量图（ＣＤＰＩ）对肝癌合并门静脉癌栓内血流的应用价值。门静脉癌栓患者栓子内的血流情况。结果ＣＤＰＩ可检出１２例（５７．１％）栓子内的动脉血流信号，而ＣＤＦＩ仅检出７例（３３．３％）。与ＣＤＦＩ相比，ＣＤＰＩ能更加准确地显示栓子内的血流，包括血管长度、内径及血流形态，而且ＣＤＰＩ引导下取样行ＰＤ易成功。结论ＣＤＰＩ在检测肝癌合并门静脉癌栓栓子内血流方面优于ＣＤＦＩ。
Objective\ To compare the value of CDPI and CDFI in the study of hepatocellular carcinoma complicated portal vein thrombosis. Methods Twenty one patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and portal vein thrombosis were studied by color Doppler power imaging (CDPI), color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler (PD). Results\ \ Intrathrombosis bood flow signals with arterial tracing were detected in 12 cases (57.1%) by CDPI and in 7 cases (33.3%) by CDFI. CDPI was more accurate than CDFI in depicting the intrathrombosis vascularity, including vessel length, diameter and tracing form, the Doppler tracing was easier to obtain by CDPI than that by CDFI. Conclusions\ CDPI is superior to CDFI for detecting and depicting intrathrombosis flow of portal vein in HCC cases.
