摘要
目的探索图像处理系统在肝脏超声造影定量测定中的应用价值。方法超声造影剂Lev-ovist经肘静脉注射检查正常人10例、肝细胞肝癌(HCC)10例。Levovist的浓度为300mg/ml。用图像处理系统测定造影后受检组织的彩色多普勒血流信号占有的像素百分率,并分别计算增强开始时间、峰值和峰值出现时间、增强持续时间。结果造影后,HCC的峰值出现时间早于正常肝组织,分别为(40.3±9.7)秒和(53.3±13.5)秒(P<0.05);HCC的像素峰值百分率高于正常肝组织,分别为(37.2±24.6)%和(17.2±7.7)%(P<0.05)。结论运用图像处理系统进行肝脏超声造影定量研究有助于更深入地了解不同病理情况下肝脏组织的血流灌注规律。
Objective\ To evaluate the quantification of imaging processing system of ultrasound contrast in liver. Methods\ 10 normal human and 10 hepatic cellular carcinoma(HCC) petients were studied by intravenous contrast agent Levovist. The administration of Levovist was 300 mg/ml. After intravenous injection, the percentages of the color Doppler's pixel in the interesting area were obtained with the imaging processing system. In order to the percentages, time of starting enhancement, peak value, peak time and duration were counted. Results\ The peak time of HCC was shorter than the normal subjects, which were (40.3±9.7)s and (53.3±13.5)s respectively (P<0.05). The peak value of color Doppler's pixel of HCC was more than that of the normal subjects, which were (37.2±24.6)% and (17.2±7.7)% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions\ It is beneficial to understand the perfusion regulation of blood flow in liver tissue further that the quantitative measurement of the imaging processing system evaluates ultrasound contrast in liver.
