摘要
分别选取放养和笼养条件下49周龄的卢氏鸡各10只（公母各半）,研究其肌肉纤维特性。结果表明：放养鸡胸肌纤维直径较笼养鸡提高了8.8%~15.4%（P〈0.05）,腿肌纤维直径提高了2.9%~3.8%,并存在性别差异,表现为公鸡肌纤维直径大于母鸡。肌纤维密度分析表明,放养条件较笼养显著降低了卢氏鸡胸肌纤维密度17.7%~40.9%（P〈0.01）和腿肌纤维密度6.9%~15.0%（P〈0.05）。总之,不同饲养方式可改变卢氏鸡的肌纤维特性,从而改善肌肉品质。
20 Lushi chicken aged at 49-week were randomly allocated to two groups for studying the effects of free rearing and cage rearing on muscle fiber characteristic.Every group consisted of 5 male and 5 female chicken.The results showed that breast fiber diameter of chicken in free rearing were significantly increased 8.8%~15.4% than that of the chicken in cage rearing（P0.05）.Thigh fiber diameter of chicken in free rearing increased 2.9%~3.8% than that of chicken in cage rearing with no significance.Fiber diameter of breast and thigh of cock were higher than that of hen in the same rearing method.Muscle fiber density of breast and thigh of Lushi chicken in free rearing were significantly decreased 17.7%~40.9%（P0.01）and 6.9%~15%（P0.05）than that in cage rearing,respectively.In conclusion,different rearing ways can improve muscle fiber characteristic of Lushi Chicken.
