摘要
临空经济开发需要相应的措施,对于政府来说,要拿出一流的开发理念,切实可行的整体规划,营造良好的投资环境,其中制度创新和政策优惠更为根本。注意克服小视界、散格局、短视浅视等不良决策行为。本文将试图通过分析国外以及我国上海地区临空经济区产业定位和发展的经验,研究临空经济区的产业类型和地域分布特征,探讨我国临空产业发展的潜力、模式和对策,为科学地规划临空地区的产业形态提供有益的启示。
This paper will try to through the analysis of overseas as well as China＇s Shanghai airport economic zone industry positioning and development experience,the airport economic zone industrial types and geographical distribution,the discussion of China＇s airport industrial development potential,mode and countermeasures for scientific planning airport,of local industrial morphology of beneficial enlightenment.
