摘要
根据化学动力学原理 ,采用恒温加速试验法 ,对通血口服液稳定性进行了研究。以本品中主要成分熊果酸为指标 ,测定其含量。预测其 K2 5℃ 为 8.2× 10 - 6,t2 5℃0 .9为 1.5 5 a。
The stability of Tongxue oral liquid was studied with the method of constant temperature acceleration test according to the principle of chemical dynamics.Using the main ingredient,ursolic acid,in Tongxue oral liquid as an index,their content was determined.It was predetermined that K 25℃ was 8.2×10 -6 and the shelflife was 1.55 a.
