摘要
介绍了渤海八号平台的基本情况、工作环境及其工作历程。对实物加工的试样进行了拉伸试验，用概率统计法对试验结果进行了分析，得到了试样最大拉力的概率分布函数；将试验结果与渤海八号平台的原设计数据进行了对比；根据分析结果，给出了结论，提出了对平台结构设计的一些改进意见。
Abstract The design,working environment
and history of Bohai No. 8 Platform were introduced.Tensile samples cut from the platform were
tested and testing results were processed with probability theory.Probability distribution functions
of maximum tensile for samples are obtained.Results from tests and original design are
compared.A conclusion is drawn and suggestions are given on the design refinements of
platforms and the use of existing platforms.
