摘要
论述编制地铁AFC系统技术规程的必要性:不但能解决不同系统承包商之间的互联互通,节省投资,避免重复开发,还能降低运营成本和维护成本。分析技术规程编制的总体流程,探讨系统级、人机界面和关键模块的互联互通以及AFC系统的可扩展性,着重阐述质量控制、工程参与和贯彻执行的重要性,以及如何攻克单程票密钥和业务内置型IC卡读写器两大关键技术。以南京地铁为例,说明AFC系统技术规程的编制为AFC系统运营效率的提高以及为推动AFC系统设备国产化提供重要保证。
Necessity of formulating AFC technical specifications for rail transit is discussed.They can enhance the interconnection between different contractors,reduce investment,maintenance and operation costs,and avoid redundant development.The procedure of formulation is introduced first.The interconnection of systems,human-computer interface and modules,the expan-dability of AFC are discussed in detail.Quality control,working on the site and implementation are emphasized.Finally,two key technologies are to be grasped： the secret key for single journey ticket and the IC card reader with built-in operation.AFC Technical Specifications of Nanjing rail transit will enhance operation efficiency and promote domestic manufacture of AFC devices.
