摘要
由于北京城市急速发展导致交通矛盾日益突出,原有建设规划提出的建设规模已不能满足中心城的交通需求。为了更好地适应城市发展要求,有的放矢地提出城市轨道交通"十二五"规划建议,通过对原建设规划执行过程的回顾和总结,全面梳理北京市轨道交通在规划、设计、施工、运营等方面积累的经验,并指出存在的不足,提出后续建设优化调整的建议,以便在后续建设中持续改进,从而实现北京市轨道交通建设的可持续发展。
As the rapid urban development has put great pressures on traffic infrastructure of Beijing,the construction scales proposed in the original construction planning for urban rail transit in Beijing cannot meet the needs of traffic in the downtown area.The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Urban Rail Transit should be put forward to better meet the requirements of the city＇s development.Therefore,it is necessary to make a review and summary of the implementing process for the original construction planning and sort out advantages and disadvantages of the original planning in drawing up of plans as well as designing,constructing and operating of urban rails.Proposals for optimization and adjustment are provided for follow-up construction work and sustainable development of Beijing urban rail transit in the near future.
