摘要
讨论了在计算移动式海洋平台受风面积时的一种有限元方法，及开发的计算机程序。
Abstract The main difference of the intact stability calculation between normal ship and mobile offshore platform is the calculation of windage area. For a normal ship, only side projected area above waterline of the ship in upright position is to be calculated,but for a mobile offshore platform, the projected windage areas in each of the inclining angles have to be calculated. In this articale, the finite element method is used to calculate the windage area which makes it possible to use computer program. The principle and method of the calculation is introduced and the computer program developed has been used for more than two sets of mobile offshore platforms with successful results.
