摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对OMOM胶囊内镜检查效果的影响。方法将2009年3月-2009年12月行胶囊内镜检查的55例病例作为对照组,2010年1月-2010年11月行胶囊内镜检查的61例病例作为观察组。对照组给予内镜检查常规的护理措施。观察组在给予常规护理措施的基础上,严格的评估掌握适应证排除禁忌症,规范化的宣教提高患者的遵医行为,充分的术前肠道准备及术中、术后的有效指导和配合方面给予综合性的护理干预。比较两组患者在肠道清洁度以及病变的检出率方面存在的差异。结果经护理干预后,两组患者在肠道清洁度以及病变的检出率方面比较,差异有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合有效的护理干预可提供良好的肠道准备条件,提高肠道清洁效果,提高全小肠的检查率及病变的检出率。
Objective To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on capsule endoscopy.Methods Fifty five cases who received capsule endoscopy during March to December in 2009 were as comparison group,and 61 cases who received capsule endoscopy from January to November in 2010 were as observation group.The comparison group received conventional endoscopy nursing,while the observation group received the comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to the conventional endoscopy nursing.The comprehensive nursing intervention included the rigorous evaluation on indications and contraindications,standard publicized education which can improve compliance behavior of patients,adequate preoperative bowel preparation,effective intraoperative and postoperative guidance and coordination.The intestinal cleaning and the detection rates of pathological changes were compared between the both groups.Results The intestinal cleaning and the detection rates of pathological changes in the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive and effective nursing intervention can improve the effect on intestinal cleaning,offer the good conditions for intestine,and improve the detection rate and lesion detection rate of intestine.
