摘要
在水热体系中,合成介质的酸碱性对MCM-41分子筛的生成有很大的影响,据此提出了MCM-41分子筛生成的详细机理。根据该机理,采用分步加入铝源和硅源的新方法合成出了MCM-41-C分子筛。并用XRD、IR、NH3-TPD和异丙苯裂解试验等手段,对MCM-41-C分子筛的性能进行了初步考查。试验结果表明,和普通的MCM-41分子筛相比,MCM-41-C分子筛呈现出较好的酸性特征和异丙苯裂解性能。
According to the great influence of system acidity and alkalinity on MCM41 molecular sieve
formation in hydrothermal condition, a detailed formation mechanism of MCM41 was proposed.
On the basis of the mechanism, a modified molecular sieve, MCM41C, was synthesized by a
new method including aluminum and silicon source additions step by step. The performance of
MCM41C was tested by XRD, IR, NH3TPD and cumene cracking, and the results showed that
MCM41C exhibited better acidity and hydrothermal stability as well as cracking activity than
those of common MCM41 mesoporous materials.
