摘要
针对乙烯装置脱丙烷塔再沸器结垢严重,运行周期短的问题,石油化工科学研究院研究开发了RIPP-1461乙烯高效阻聚剂。该阻聚剂经过茂名石化乙烯工业公司300kt/a乙烯装置脱丙烷塔一年的工业试验及与进口高效阻聚剂的对比考察,结果表明:脱丙烷塔温度、压差、再沸器传热系数等操作参数稳定,再沸器及脱丙烷塔运转周期长,而且RIPP-1461阻聚剂用量少、价格低,性能优于进口同类高效阻聚剂。
Aiming at the serious fouling happened in the depropanizer reboiler of ethylene plant, a high effective antifoulant, RIPP1461, was developed and used in the depropanizer of the 300 kt/a ethylene plant at Maoming Petrochemical Co.. In comparison with the original imported antifoulant, 1 year commercial trial showed that the operating parameters, such as the temperature and pressure drop of the depropanizer and the heat transfer coeffeicent of the reboiler, etc., were stable, and the running length of the depropanizer and reboiler was longer. The dosage and the price were lower as well as the performance was better than that of the same type imported antifoulant.
