摘要
介绍了中国ＭＴＢＥ生产技术包括催化剂、工艺技术及生产应用的发展过程。分析了各种合成ＭＴＢＥ技术如列管固定床反应、固定床外循环反应、膨胀床反应、混相床反应、催化蒸馏和混相反应蒸馏（ＭＲＤ）等技术的优缺点，提出今后ＭＴＢＥ生产应扩大装置规模和原料资源，并增加产品种类。
The Chinese MTBE production techniques including the development of catalyst, process and commercial application were introduced. The pros and cons of various synthesis techniques for MTBE such as tube bed reaction, mixed bed external circulating reaction, expanding bed reaction, mixed phase reaction, catalytic distillation and mixed phase reaction distillation(MRD) etc. were analyzed. It was suggested that the capacity of MTBE unit should be expanded, the feedstock source should be extended and the product assortment should be increased in the future.
