摘要 进行了吡啶-2-羧酸钴配合物催化液相氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯研究。试验结果表明,在催化剂浓度011mol/L、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺助剂浓度080mol/L、120~130℃、n(CO)∶n(O2)为2∶1、反应时间8h的反应条件下甲醇转化率为103%,选择性达99%以上。腐蚀测定表明,钴配合物体系对Q235-A钢的年腐蚀率仅为017mm/a。 The oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate using cobalt bis(2-pyridinecarboxylato-N1,O2)-tetrahydrate(Co(Pic)2(H2O)4)as catalyst was studied.The effect of catalyst concentration,reaction time and temperature is discussed.The results show that the complex (Co(Pic)2(H2O)4) is a high activity,high selectivity and low corrosive catalyst as compared with CuCl.In the case of 011 mol/L Co(Pic)2(H2O)4,08mol/L co-solvent N,N-dimethylacetamide,reaction temperature 120130 ,n(Co)n(O2)=21 and reaction time 8 h,the conversion of methanol is 103% and the selectivity is about 99%.The corrosion rate of Co(Pic)2(H2O)4 on Q235-A steel during reaction at room temperature is 017 mm/a.
