摘要
目的总结鲁登巴赫综合征外科治疗经验。方法总结经外科治疗的12例鲁登巴赫综合征患者的临床资料。结果围术期无死亡。12例随访33-60个月，心功能恢复为I级3例、Ⅱ级4例。结论鲁登巴赫综合征应及早手术治疗，修补房间隔缺损同时有效解除二尖瓣狭窄，加强围术期处理，防治肺动脉高压危象和左心室功能衰竭是手术成功的关键。
Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of Lulembacher syndrome. Methods The data of 12 cases with Lutembacher＇s syndrome who underwent surgical treatment were studied. Results No death occurred in all eases, the results of 3-6 months follow-up showed that the heart function were grade I in 3 cases and grade 11 in 4 cases. Conclusion Lutenbacher＇s syndrome needs early surgical intervention. Repairing atrial septal defect, management mitral stenosis, treatment of perioperative period, prevention from pulmonary hypertension crisis and left ventricular failure are the keys for success surgery.
