摘要
在ＨＱ１型摩擦磨损试验机上，通过对球—环摩擦付在不同试验条件下的考察建立了评定内燃机磨合油磨合性能的试验方法。该方法具有较好的区分性和重复性，并与ＡＶ１内燃机磨合台架试验及多种全尺寸内燃机磨合试验有一致性。
With HQ1 type friction and wear test machine,the test method for evaluating the running-in performances of internal combustion engine running-in oil was established by investigating the ball-ring rubbing pair under different test conditions.The results showed that this method has good distinctiveness and repeatability,in keeping with AV1 internal combustion engine running-in bench test and all kinds of full scale running-in tests.
