摘要
了目的：改进卡巴胆碱原料中卡巴胆碱含量的测定方法。方法：用高氯酸滴定液（0．1mol·L^-1）进行滴定，用电位法指示滴定终点。结果：卡巴胆碱在0．10～0．20g（r=0．9999）范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．78％（RSD=0．27％，n=6）。结论：该方法操作简单、专属性强、准确可靠，可用于卡巴胆碱原料的含量测定。
Objective： To improve the determination method of carbachol. Methods： The carbachol were titrated by perchlorie acid VS （0. 1mol·L^-1 ） using potentimetric method indicating the end. Results： Good linear relationship of carbachol is within the range of 0. 10 -0. 20g （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99. 78% , RSD = 0. 27% （n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and with good specificity.
