摘要
20世纪70-80年代,拉美南锥体三国阿根廷、智利和乌拉圭进行了利率市场化改革,但并未取得预期效果。本文在介绍这些国家利率市场化实施情况的基础上,分析其失败的原因并总结经验教训,提出我国继续推进利率市场化改革需解决的问题。
Southern Cone Countries： Argentina, Chile and Uruguay began the process of interest rate liberalization between 1970s and 1980s, but didn＇t reach the expected effects. This paper firstly reviewed the process of interest rate reform in these countries. Secondly, it analyzed the reasons of the failure and summarized the lessons we can learn. Finally, it discussed the problems needed to be resolved to go on the interest rate liberalization in China.
