摘要
通过对知识产权和公众信息权法律渊源的分析,建立了两种权利与图书馆间的模型关系,并试图借助图书馆的中介作用来平衡这两种权益,以达到动态平衡状态。
Through the analysis on the legal sources of intellectual property and public information right,establishes a model of the relationship between intellectual property and public information right,and tries to draw support from library’s intermediation function to balance intellectual property and public information right to approach a dynamic equilibrium state.
