摘要
技术创新能力建设已成为提升国家综合实力、增强区域核心竞争力的重要手段和必经之路。从技术创新理论和建设创新型国家的实际出发,系统地分析了山西技术创新能力建设中存在的制约性因素,提出了具有一定针对性的建议。
The construction of technological innovation ability has become an important means and only path for raising the national comprehensive strength and strengthening the regional core competence. Starting from the theory of technological innovation and the reality of constructing the innovation-type country, this paper makes systematical analysis on some restrictive factors existing in the construction of Shanxi’s technological innovation ability, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
