摘要
21世纪是信息、科技飞速发展的时代,信息资源的开发、利用水平是一个国家综合国力的重要标志。我国高校图书馆应在借鉴美国高校图书馆建设先进经验的基础上,向着多功能的综合性、研究型、开放式,具有现代化水平的图书馆迈进,以进一步完善我国高校图书馆的建设。
The 21st century is an age in which the information and technology are developing rapidly. And the development of utilization level of information resources is an important indicator of a country＇s overall national strength. The university libraries in China should borrow ideas from the advanced experiences of America in constructing university libraries,move towards the multi-functional,comprehensive,research-centered,open-type and modern-level libraries,and further improve the construction of university libraries in China.
