双氢青蒿素包合物的制备及对阴道毛滴虫的杀灭作用考察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:制备双氢青蒿素-羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物,并考察其对阴道毛滴虫的杀灭作用。方法:超声法制备双氢青蒿素HP-β-CD包合物。以紫外分光光度法和粉末X射线衍射分析法鉴定包合物的制备结果,MTT法考察双氢青蒿素的HP-β-CD包合物对阴道毛滴虫的杀灭作用。结果:紫外分光光度法与粉末X射线衍射分析均表明双氢青蒿素与HP-β-CD形成了包合物,双氢青蒿素被包合后,对阴道毛滴虫的杀灭作用与包合前有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:双氢青蒿素-HP-β-CD包合物显著提高了双氢青蒿素的杀灭阴道毛滴虫的作用。 Objective: To prepare the water-soluble dihydroartemisinin hydroxypropyl-β-eyclodextrin inclusion complex and study its disinfection effect against trichomonas vaginalis by MTT Assay. Method: The ultrasound method has been used to prepare the inclu- sion complex. The UV and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) techniques have been used to identify the complex. The MTT assay has been applied to study the disinfection effect against trichomonas vaginalis. Result: The complex has been validated by UV and PXRD. There was significant difference in the disinfection effect against trichomonas vaginalis between the inclusion complex and dihydroarte- raisin (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The dihydroartemisinin hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex can significantly improve the disinfection effect against Trichomonas vaginalis.
