摘要
目的:考察甲基莲心碱(Nef)纳米脂质体在小鼠体内的组织分布。方法:对小鼠尾静脉注射同剂量的Nef注射液和Nef纳米脂质体,于预定时间测定血浆及心,肝,脾,肺,肾,脑组织中的药物浓度,计算相关靶向参数:TI=(AUC_(0→∞))_(lip)/(AUC_(0→∞))_(inj)×100%,RTE=(TE_(lip)-TE_(inj))/TE_(inj)×100%。结果:Nef纳米脂质体与注射液相比,脑组织中的TI,RTE分别为298.89%,64.08%。结论:本实验制备的Nef纳米脂质体具有较好的脑靶向性,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To study the tissue distribution of nerefiue (Nef) nanoliposomes in mice in order to evaluate the brain targeting ability. Method: Nef injection and Nef nanoliposomes was injected in mice through tail vein. At predetermined times, Nef concentration was detected in mice tissues, including plasma, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain. The targeting indices, including TI = (AUC0→∞)wr,/(AUC0→∞ )inj × 100% and RTE = (TElip -TEinj )/TEinj × 100% ,were calculated. Result: Compared with the Nef injection,TI and RTE for brain of Nef nanoliposomes was 298.89% and 64.08% ,respectively. Conclusion: The Nef nanoliposomes have targeting tendency for brain in vivo and could be valuable to he studied further.
