摘要
目的:研究罗汉果药材的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将罗汉果药材的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:罗汉果药材的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水三个部位提取物对DPPH的半清除率,即IC_(50)值分别为4.506,2.683,0.499 mg生药/ml。结论:罗汉果药材的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水三个部位提取物均有抗氧化活性。其中水部位的抗氧化能力最强,而石油醚部位无此作用。
Objective : To study the scavenging activity of radical DPPH by the extracts from different parts of Siraitiae grosvenorii. Method : The alcohol extracts of Siraitiae grosvenorii were divided into four parts including petroleum ether part, ethyl acetate part, nbutyl alcohol part and water part by systematic solvent extraction. The antioxidant activity of the four parts was determined by radical DPPH systematic method and compared with that of gallic acid and ascorbic acid. Result: Half clearance of scavenging effect on radical DPPH (IC50) by the ethyl acetate part, n-butyl part and water part of the extracts from Siraitiae grosvenorii was 4. 506, 2. 683 and 0. 499 mg crude drug/ml , respectively. Conclusion: Scavenging effect on radical DPPH by the three parts of extracts from Siraitiae grosvenorii is notable and the water part has the strongest effect, while the petroleum ether part does not have the effect.
