摘要
新编地方卫生史志作为地方志的一种,主要包括各省、市、县卫生志;地方相关部门编撰的卫生防疫站志、环境卫生志和卫生院志;以及各类疾病史专志和各种地方卫生史料辑录等。其中所蕴含的丰富疫情资料,除具备资政的作用之外,还有着非常重要的学术资料价值、科学研究价值和宣传教育价值等。尽管当前地方卫生史志的资料搜集、整理、编辑和利用还有一定的局限性,但其全方位的价值和功能必将吸引越来越多的学术研究者从事其中,推动方志事业的进一步繁荣和发展。
Newly-compiled local health records, as one type of local records, mainly include health records of the provinces, cities, and counties; health and epidemic prevention stations records, environment and health records, and health institution records compiled by local authorities; and special records on various kinds of diseases and their history and various collections of historical information on local health. The rich reference materials on epidemic situations contained in these local records, apart from working as reference materials for policy-making, also have very important value as reference materials for academic studies, scientific research, and promotion and education purposes. Although the collection, sorting, compiling and utilization of local health records still has certain limits under current condition, their all-round value and function will surely attract the attention of more and more academic researchers, and push forward the further prosperity and development of the local records cause.
