摘要
新时期大学体育的实践发展已经远远超过传统的、较为单一的体育课程建设,其组织管理工作日趋复杂。受清华大学体育的启发,"坚定方向、忠诚使命;育人至上、健康第一;人文引领、全面全体;实事求是、特色发展"应是现阶段的复杂形势下大学体育组织与管理者坚守的工作理念。
The practice of university sport has developed more than the traditional relatively single PE course,which resulted in more complicated organization and management.Enlightened by the Tsinghua university sport,the following ideas should be abided by the manager of university sport facing such situation：firm and correct political orientation,loyalty to the mission;Education people first,health first;Human leading,overall and plenary;Seek truth from facts,development with characteristic.
