摘要
针对目前能量管理系统(EMS)与广域测量系统(WAMS)之间没有一个统一的信息模型,不能集中动态监视与控制日益复杂的电力系统的现状,对IEC61970标准的公共信息模型CIM进行了深入研究,并结合EMS与WAMS的各自特点及其在电力系统中的应用情况,构建了基于IEC61970标准CIM的EMS/WAMS的统一信息模型,并定义了主要的CIM类以及它们相应的属性信息。
In view of the present energy management system and the wide-area measurement system between has no unified information model,and can＇t concentrate dynamic monitoring and control complex electric power system present situation,to the IEC 61970 standard common information model CIM is studied,and combining with the respective characteristic of EMS WAMS in power system and its application,built the EMS/IEC61970 standard CIM WAMS unified information model,And defines the main CIM classes,and their corresponding attribute information.
