摘要
目的分析南京中医药大学教职工的空腹血糖受损(IFG)情况,为高校教职工健康保健并采取合理措施提供依据。方法选择2010年度本校参加健康体检的925名教职工作为研究对象,测量空腹血糖,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 925名体检者中,空腹血糖受损检出率为9.2%,其中男性11.9%,女性7.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且空腹血糖受损检出率随年龄增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论教职工空腹血糖受损检出率较高,且随年龄增加而升高,提示在高校教职工中应重视IFG的防治,预防2型糖尿病发生。
Objective To get an insight into the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose（IFG） among the teachers and employee of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to provide the evidence for the formulation of reasonable measures for healthcare. Methods The teachers and employee of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who received health checkup in 2010 were selected as subjects and fasting plasma glucose（FPG） was used as measurement indices.SPSS statistical software was employed for data analysis.Results The incidence of IFG among teachers and employee was 9.2 %（11.9% in male and 7.2 % in female） with statistically significant differences between the male and female,or among different age groups.The incidence of IFG increased with the age increasing.Conclusions The incidence of IFG among teachers and employee is high,and it increases with the age.So we should pay more attention to this situation and take serious intervention for the control of IFG to prevent from type 2 diabetes.
