摘要
目的观察丹参多酚酸盐对离体家兔缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法制备全心缺血-再灌注模型,观察丹参多酚酸盐三个剂量对血液动力学、心肌酶学和心肌细胞结构的影响。结果丹参多酚酸盐呈剂量依赖改善血液动力学;降低流出液中CK-MB、LDH、MDA含量;与缺血组相比,细胞超微结构损伤轻微。结论丹参多酚酸对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Salvianolic acid A on reperfusion injury in rabbits with in vitro ischemia.Methods A heart ischemia/reperfusion model was established to observe the effect of three Salvianolic acid A doses on hemodynamics,cardiac enzyme levels,and structure of cardiac muscle cells.Results Salvianolic acid A improved the hemodynamics and reduced the levels of CK-MB,LDH and MDA in a dose-dependent manner.The damage to the ultra-structure of cardiac muscle cells was milder in ischemia group than in control group.Conclusion Salvianolic acid A can protect rabbits against ischemia/reperfusion injury.
