摘要
目的完善泌淋清胶囊TLC鉴别方法。方法分别用加热回流、振摇和超声的方法提取没食子酸,用于薄层色谱法鉴别。结果采用原标准中的方法未检出没食子酸,采用振摇或超声提取后直接进行薄层鉴别,可检出没食子酸。结论 完善后的振摇或超声提取方法用于薄层色谱法鉴别泌淋清胶囊中没食子酸TLC更为准确可靠。
Objective To improve the TLC identification method of Milin Qing capsules. Methods Heated reflux, shaking and ultrasonication were used separately for extraction of gallic acid and TLC identification. Resnlts The standard method failed to extract garlic acid but shaking or ultrasonic extraction was able to extract garlic acid for direct TLC identification. Conclusions The improved method is accurate and reliable.
