摘要
为总结吻合器痔上黏膜钉合术（PPH）治疗重度痔的经验，回顾性分析500例经PPH治疗的患者资料。结果显示，500例患者术后均消除了便血、肛门肿物脱出等症状和体征，对于合并有痔之外的肛管疾病者也可以同时予以根治。结果表明，PPH治疗重度痔是一种安全有效的手术方式。
For the objective of summing the experience on PPH in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,authors retrospectively analysed the data from 500 cases who had received PPH. As results,the symptom and sign such as hematochezia, prolapse of anal mass,etc in all the patients disappeared,at same time other associated anal disease was also cured. These results show that PPH is really of safe and effective procedure for treating severe hemorrhoids.
