摘要
目的探讨改良翻身枕头在神经外科患者中应用的护理效果。方法使用测试评分的方法观察改良翻身枕头对改善患者舒适度和满意度的作用，以及改良翻身枕头对保持患者肢体功能位的作用。结果应用改良翻身枕头后患者的舒适度明显提高，心理感觉明显改善差异均有统计学意义（χ2分别为71．307、54．362，P〈0．01），并能使患者有效保持肢体的功能位。结论改良翻身枕头可以提高患者的舒适度和满足患者的主观心理感觉；有效保持肢体功能位。
Objective To explore the effects of reformed pillow in neurosurgical nursing care. Methods The reformed pillow was applied in neurosurgical patients. We investigated its role of improving patients＇ comfort and satisfaction, and maintaining their functional position by using test score method. Results With the reformed pillow used, patients＇ comfort and psychological function were markedly improved and their functional positions were maintained （χ2 = 71. 307,54. 362; P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The reformed pillow could improve patients＇ comfort, satisfy their subjective mental feeling and effectively maintain their functional position.
