摘要
高炉渣是保证高炉冶炼顺利进行的决定性因素之一。国内外大量学者对含钛高炉渣的物理化学特性进行了研究。对高钛型(TiO2的质量分数〉20%)、中钛型(TiO2的质量分数为5%~20%)、低钛型(TiO2的质量分数〈5%)炉渣的物化特性的异同点进行了归纳和对比,介绍了含钛高炉渣在高炉生产实际中的应用概况,并指出了今后的研究方向。
Blast furnace slag is one of the decisive factors to ensure the smelting progress successfully. A large number of scholars at home and abroad have studied the physical and chemical characteristics of the slag. The similarities and differences of physical and chemical characteristics of three types, which have different contents of titanium, such as the contents of titanium in slag were more than 20%, in 5%--20% and less than 5% respectively, were sum marized and compared, then the actual application of titanium bearing blast furnace slag in the blast furnace pro duction was introduced and the direction of the future research was pointed out.
