摘要
介绍了韶钢E36级海洋平台用钢产品试制的情况。通过合理的铌、钛、镍微合金化的成分设计,结合洁净钢的冶炼、合理的轧制冷却工艺、正火热处理工艺,成功轧制了60 mm E36-Z35海洋平台用钢板。该钢板从表面至心部组织均匀,晶粒度达到了9.5级,强韧性、厚度方向性能满足船规要求。研究结果表明:韶钢成功试制了以正火状态交货的60 mm厚的E36-Z35级海洋平台用钢。
The trial-prodction of Shaogang offshore platform plate in grade E36 was introduced.The offshore platform plate with 60 mm thickness in grade E36 was successfully produced through the proper compositional design with niobium,titanium,nickel microalloyed,reasonable rolling and cooling process,and normalizing heat treatment process.The microstructure of tested steel is homogeneous from surface to center,the grade of the grain size is 9.5,and the strength,ductile and through-thickness characteristics meet the requirements.Shaogang had successfully trialed the offshore platform plate with 60mm thickness in grade E36-Z35 under normalizing delivery condition.
