The related factors causing cancellation of the cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET

摘要 目的:探讨引起IVF/ICSI-ET周期取消的相关因素以及如何减少这些因素导致的IVF/ICSI-ET周期的取消。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月~2008年1月安徽医科大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心75例被迫取消IVF/ICSI-ET周期患者的病历资料,并以100例取卵数≥4个、优质胚胎数≥2个患者的病历资料作为对照。结果:75例患者中,取卵前取消周期35例,移植前取消周期40例。研究组卵巢低反应者的年龄显著大于对照组(P<0.001);基础FSH值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);窦卵数少于对照组(P<0.001)。卵巢低反应、受精失败、OHSS、卵裂差、子宫内膜因素以及感染均为引起IVF/ICSI-ET周期取消的因素,其中卵巢低反应和受精失败为主要因素。结论:卵巢低反应、受精失败、OHSS、卵裂差、子宫内膜因素以及感染均可引起IVF/ICSI-ET周期取消,治疗前、治疗中减少这些因素,可以降低周期取消率。 Objective:To explore the related factors causing cancellation of the cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET and how to reduce the cancellations resulted from these factors.Methods: The medical records of 75 patients who were obliged to cancel the cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET were retrospectively analyzed,the documents of other 100 patients whose retrieved oocytes≥4,high-quality embryos≥2 were served as control group.Results:Poor response of ovaries,failure of fertilization,OHSS,bad cleavage rate,factors of endometrium,infection were all the factors causing cancellation of the cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET.Among them,the major factors were poor response of ovaries and failure of fertilization.Conclusion:Poor response of ovaries,failure of fertilization,OHSS,bad cleavage rate,factors of endometrium,infection all can cause cancellation of the cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET,the rate of the cancellation can be cut down by decreasing these factors before IVF/ICSI-ET and during IVF/ICSI-ET.
