摘要
目的:评价营养教育对学生家长营养知识、学生饮食行为的影响,为有效开展营养教育提供科学依据。方法:选择宁夏吴忠地区8所中小学校部分学生及其家长为研究对象,按学校将学生和家长分为干预组和对照组,对干预组定期进行营养知识专题讲座、发放宣传手册等方式进行为期1年的营养教育,干预前后分别对学生家长进行营养知识、学生饮食行为的问卷调查。结果:营养教育后,干预组学生家长营养知识的平均知晓率由65.8%提高到79.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),特别是有关维生素A、钙、铁、膳食宝塔等方面知识较干预前显著提高;学生的饮食行为有了一定的改变,经常食用牛奶、蛋类和绿叶蔬菜的人数明显增多,分别为60.2%、44.6%、83.1%,均显著高于干预前(P<0.05);而食用腌制咸菜、油炸食品的人数下降,分别为32.2%、10.5%,显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:学校和家庭共同干预的措施是有效的、可行的。
Objective:Evaluate the effect of nutrition education on the nutrition knowledge of parents and dietary behavior of students,try to provide scientific evidence for nutrition education.Methods:To choose some students and their parents in Wuzhong of Ningxia and divide them into exp-group and control-group.The exp-group had had one-year nutrition lessons.Then the differences between before and after intervene was studied by questionnaire survey.Results:After nutrition lessons,the awareness of exp-group raised to 79.6% from 65.8%(P0.01),the knowledge of "Diet pagoda" and Vk,Calcium,iron improved a lot;the dietary behavior of students also changed,more of them began to have milk,eggs,vegetables,the rates raised to 60.2%,44.6%,83.1%(P0.01),the less people had pickled fried food,the rates had decreased to 32.2%,10.5%(P0.05).Conclusion:The nutrition intervention in both school and family is effective and feasible.
