摘要
目的了解广东省深圳市龙岗区2009年艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）情况,为该区艾滋病预防控制工作提供参考资料。方法对2009年前来深圳市龙岗区辖区内VCT门诊求询的2708名求询者进行问卷调查,收集社会人口学特征、求询原因及危险行为等信息,并对其中HIV抗体的检测情况进行分析。结果 2009年到深圳市龙岗区各VCT门诊的求询者共2708人次,HIV抗体阳性12例,总阳性率为0.4%。求询者以19~40岁青壮年为主,男女性检测比为1∶2.73。求询者类型以异性性接触为主,但同性性接触者HIV抗体阳性率最高,达13.3%。全年通过VCT发现的HIV抗体阳性仅占辖区HIV/AIDS发现数的7.9%（12/151）。结论随着艾滋病自愿咨询工作的开展,越来越多的人愿意接受自愿咨询检测,尤其是女性。应进一步加强对重点人群的干预和检测力度,减少二代传播。
Objective To understand the performance of voluntary counseling and test（VCT） on HIV/AIDS in Longgang district in Shenzhen in 2009 and provide evidence for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among the 2708 people seeking medical advice in the voluntary counseling clinics in Longgang in Shenshen in 2009 to collect their information about demography reason for counseling and risk behaviors,and their HIV infection status were analyzed.Results The HIV positive rate was 0.4% among the 2078 persons receiving medical advice and care in the VCT clinics for HIV in Longgang,and most of them were young adults aged 19-40 years.The gender ratio of these people was 1∶2.73.Most inquiring was about heterosexual contact,but the HIV infection rate in men having sex with men was highest（13.3%）.The HIV positive cases detected by VCT only accounted for 7.9% of the total HIV positive cases detected in this area（12/151）.Conclusion More people,especially females,are willing to receive VCT for HIV as the importance of the program had been widely recognized.It is necessary to strengthen the intervention and detection among the high risk population to reduce the secondary transmission of HIV.
