摘要
利用甲壳素在盐酸中降解制得氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐,通过正交法确定了最佳工艺条件,并对产物进行了表征.
In this paper, the preparation of D-glucosamine Hydrochloride from chitin is reported. The optimum condition is determined by orthogonal test and the quality of D-glucosamine hydrochloride is analyzed.
