摘要
对紫球藻细胞内的蛋白质、脂肪酸和多糖等主要生物活性物质的含量和分布进行了分析,同时对B-藻红蛋白进行了分离纯化,并获得了产量和纯度均较高的B-藻红蛋白.
The content and distribution of the major bioactive compounds of proteins, fatty acids and polysaccharides in Porphyridium cruentum are analysed in the paper. Then a B-phycoery-thin with higherproductivity and purity is obtained by improved separating methods.
